Navy-fushia silk socks

Berthe Aux Grands Pieds socks, made from selected, certified quality silk, with a mid-calf shaft height.
They are fully Lycra-vanished and knitted with a non-compressive ribbed cuff for a perfect, non-constricting fit on the leg. The silk provides unique comfort to this model: it is said to be climate-regulating, keeping the socks cool and light in summer and warm in winter.
A true technical success, these socks are flexible, with a full and smooth knit. Berthe Aux Grands Pieds silk socks feature a fine and neat closure: they are hand-linked seamlessly.
The addition of an extra reinforcing thread at the heel and toe significantly increases their strength and considerably extends their lifespan. Silk is very sensitive to friction, so the heel tops are reinforced to prevent any contact between the silk and the shoe's counter.
Vertical honeycomb stripes add transparency to this model. "Soie" (Silk) inscribed at the toe.
