Black silk socks

Berthe Aux Grands Pieds socks with coloured heel and toe in plain knit, made of very high quality, controlled-origin coloured silk.
They are specifically knitted with a non-compressive ribbed cuff to fit your legs in all circumstances. Fantastically, silk is a so-called air-conditioning material: the socks are cool and light in summer and warm in winter. Fully Lycra-vanished, they are flexible and particularly comfortable. The knit is full, material and creamy.
Hand-linked without seams, this finish is particularly neat and appreciated. The heel and toe are reinforced with a very resistant foamed Nylon yarn, thus providing a solid product and significantly increasing its longevity. Since the silk used is particularly sensitive to friction, the heel tops are reinforced to prevent any contact of the silk with the shoe's counter.
Vertical stripes worked in honeycomb add transparency to this model. "Soie" (Silk) inscription at the toe.
This model of Berthe Aux Grands Pieds silk socks is exclusively made in France by the Perrin factory in Montceau-les-Mines.
