Order
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). This time frame may be extended during peak periods.
We process your order very quickly, which does not allow us to modify it once validated. This includes changes to the item, delivery method, delivery address or payment method.
However, upon receipt of your order, you have the option to return unwanted items for an exchange or refund (more details in the "Product Returns" section).
In case of missing, incorrect or defective item in your delivery, contact us quickly by email at bonjour@bertheauxgrandspieds.com . Please attach a photo or any detailed information that will help us resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Here are the payment methods we accept:

Delivery in France
Once your order is validated, we prepare and ship it within 24 hours.
For delivery, you have the choice between Colissimo (at home or at a relay point) with a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours, or Fedex, for express reception within 24 hours the following day before 6 p.m.
Start by checking your mailbox, garden and hall. It is also useful to ask your neighbours or people around you, as someone may have received the package for you.
Then go to your post office with an ID and the tracking number of your package; the package may be stored there.
If you still cannot find your package, contact our customer service to resolve the problem quickly.
International Shipping
After placing your order, we prepare and ship it within 24 hours.
Delivery will then take place within 4 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.

Returns and Refunds
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your products. They must not have been worn or washed, and must keep their label.

Returns must be accompanied by the invoice indicating the items returned and the reason for the return.
After receiving and verifying the items, we will promptly refund the corresponding amount.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
You can request an exchange for a different size or color within the same product category and price.
However, if you wish to exchange an item for another of a different price, we cannot make a direct exchange. In this case, you will have to return the products for a refund and place a new order on our site.
Returned products must be unwashed, unworn and with their tags attached.
Products
It is essential to follow the care recommendations provided in the description of each product as well as on its label.
For socks and tights, it is particularly important to maintain good foot hygiene and to exercise caution when putting them on.
The durability of your items depends on their use. In addition, all our footwear products benefit from additional reinforcement at the heels and toes thanks to an additional thread integrated during knitting.
By taking care of your items, you will extend their lifespan!
