Women's knee-highs 40D Albizia - Navy/Pink
Description
The beauty of silk tree flowers
The patterns adorning these 40d women's knee-highs represent the blooming of a Mimosa of Constantinople, whose scientific name is Albizia julibrissin.
Pink pompoms unfurl on an elegant navy background with just the right amount of sparkle and femininity.
Excellent French manufacturing
Berthe Aux Grands Pieds entrusted the manufacture of these women's knee-highs to SOTEXMI. This SME, owned for several decades by the Pougnet family, is located at the border between the Hérault (34) and Gard (30) departments.
The lycra used for its resistance and elasticity is the best on the market, a 3D Dupont de Nemours. An historical anecdote: this American firm was founded by a family of French aristocrats fleeing the 1789 Revolution.
They are knitted with double wrapping. A yarn wrapped with two other yarns for extreme robustness. Reinforcements are also made at the toe and heel.
In the specifications provided by our designer, Régis Gautreau, the essential notion of comfort is also included. Thus, these knee-highs are equipped with a flexible shaft edge that does not compress the leg.
Tights or knee-highs? It's your choice.
This product is offered in one size. If this Navy/Pink combination and these patterns appeal to you, you can also treat yourself to them in a tights version.
