The Art Deco movement at the heart of Berthe's collections
The "gold leaf" socks were designed with influences from the 1920s Art Deco movement, which Berthe often draws inspiration from in her collections.

These "gold leaf" socks, made primarily from combed wool, will be ideal for wear in autumn and winter. The heels and toes, reinforced with an additional polyamide thread, will be strong and resistant to rubbing inside the shoe. The non-compressive ribbed cuff is knitted in a waffle knit, adding extra flair. Our socks are knitted in the workshops of Manufacture Perrin, in Saône-et-Loire. A word from the designer, Régis Gautreau
"Here are Art Deco-inspired gold leaves knitted with gold and bluish lurex. The turquoise blue, knitted with merino wool, illuminates this creation. The soft cuff is made of waffle knit in "ink" colored wool, as are the heels and toes."

Care instructions for "gold leaf" socks
Our socks are of fine craftsmanship, and special care should be given to them. We recommend always washing them in the machine, inside out, at a maximum of 30°C. For wool socks, use a suitable detergent and very low spin. No dry cleaning, tumble drying, or bleaching allowed!
