Women's combed wool socks cubism
Description
Under the influence of Braque and Picasso...
The "cubism" socks are greatly inspired by the early 20th-century art movement, brought up to date! Geometric shapes of various colors intertwine to create a stunning perspective. Red, pink, ivory, brown, yellow, and green combine perfectly.
100% French savoir-faire
Knitted primarily from combed wool, these socks can be worn in autumn and especially in winter; they will keep your feet warm. Reinforced at the heel and toe, they will be resistant to friction in the shoe. The toe seam is fine, not hurting your foot for greater comfort. The top of the shaft has a fine corduroy rib and a scalloped edge with small protrusions. The edge is also flexible, allowing the sock not to compress your calf. Our socks are entirely knitted in Montceau-les-Mines, Saône-et-Loire by Manufacture Perrin. Would you like to know more about how Berthe products are made? Visit our website.
A note from the designer, Régis Gautreau
"Here are some geometric shapes in varied colors: rectangles, elements with rounded contours, lines, thin stripes... BERTHE loves to combine pink and red, ivory and red, chocolate with yellow and English green. This sock is topped with a succession of three-dimensional knitted stitches."
Care instructions for "cubism" socks
Our socks are of fine manufacture, special care must be taken with them. We advise you to always machine wash them inside out at a maximum of 30°. For wool socks, use an appropriate detergent and very low spin. No dry cleaning, tumble drying, or bleaching!
