End-of-year holidays: Customer service closed

For the holiday season, Berthe Aux Grands Pieds customer service will be closed from this Friday, December 19th at 4 p.m., and will reopen on Monday, January 5th, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

Order shipments will continue during this period. They are carefully handled by the sales associates at the Manufacture Perrin store in Montceau-les-Mines.

❌ Missing product, defective product, or order error

Please send us an explanatory email (with photos if necessary). These requests will be processed upon our return starting January 5th, 2026.

For any exchange request, please send your return to the following address:

Returns and exchanges will be processed starting January 5th, 2026.

Important: to facilitate the processing of your exchange, please include (or send by email) the following information with your return:

• desired model
• color
• size of the product desired in exchange

Without this information, the processing of your request may be delayed.

If you cannot or do not wish to wait, you can return the product and reorder directly. You will be fully refunded when your return is processed starting January 5th, 2026.
